      It was really spectacular!
Doesn't it look like a mouth that is about to devour everything?

  3. Φανταστική φωτογραφία! Μου θυμίζει κάποιες δυσκολες κατασάσεις ..σαν να καίγεται ένα βουνό η τηναπέραντη ομορφιά της φύσης που οφείλουμε να διαφυλασουμε!

  4. When I saw "Fire and Light" in my Google Reader, I thought "Oh! Evi's written about Shakespeare's name!" (RYC) ... and then I remembered Shakespeare means "Sex and fire", not "Fire and Light" ... and then the "Oh right" moment of mild disappointment turned into "Ooooooo ... that's a really cool picture!"

What a range of emotions your post took me through today, Evi!

    1. It was one of the most spectacular sunsets I've recently seen. "Stephen King stuff is going on outside", Evi said and grabbed her cell phone. What my camera didn't get, though, was the tinges of red inside the circle of light. It looked like blood was floating in the sky.

  13. Woman, you can say whatever you want about phone cameras, but there you've got proof that they can take gorgeous pictures if the camera (wo)man is right. I can only imagine what kind of amazing pictures you could take with a nice dslr. You'd be unstoppable!

RYC: Thank you so much for the birthday song! It's the first time in many many years since someone actually sang me a birthday song (well, sorta sang) so it's truly an awesome gift ^^

    1. Oh Bibi I'm blushing! I may consider the use of a proper camera in the future. :)

So, did you have fun last night?

    2. Oh, I kept it calm and quiet. Face mask, sobby movie, lots of wine, talked with my friend on skype for a while... twas good :) I'm not too big on parties and loads of people around me, to be honest. Besides, it wasn't really a special number or anything, no reason to make a fuss :P

  14. Well to be honest almost every movie can make me sob :p But I watched A League of Their Own. Had never seen it but it's really good! Very empowering. When can you join the hubby? Hopefully it's not too long anymore :)
