New York: The High Line #2

The High Line is a public park built on a historic freight rail line elevated above the streets on Manhattan’s West Side. It runs from Gansevoort Street in the Meatpacking District to West 34th Street, between 10th and 11th Avenues.(thehighline.org)

It seems these two follow us wherever we go! Do you remember the statue in San Diego?

  2. Another beautiful sunset...how do you do it?
I like the look of the park, and the "unconditional surrender" painting. I wonder where you'll cross paths with it next?

    1. Thank you for the kind words and the intriguing question Paul! Wouldn't it be fun if we found unconditional surrender by chance again? Now, I'll be looking wherever we go! :)

  3. What a great park this is in New York. You know, the picture of the girl and the sailor has always been a favorite of mine. I love these charming old brick buildings. Oh Evi, I've been telling the girls that I want to visit New York, and your pictures are getting me in the mood to do so. Your photos are filled with character, and really show all the beauty that enhance every place you visit.

    love,
